Return window

Sealed product may be returned within 14 days of delivery if the factory seal is intact and the product is unopened.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or tampered product
• Products with broken factory shrink/seal
• Items marked final sale

How to start a return

Contact support with your order number and photos of the outer packaging. Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged/incorrect product.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
