Processing time

Orders placed before 2 PM local time typically ship within 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking when your label is created.

We ship via major US carriers with tracking. Delivery estimates are 2–5 business days for most domestic orders after shipment.

Orders over the free-shipping threshold shown in cart qualify for complimentary standard shipping in the US.

Sealed boxes are packed with protective materials and may be double-boxed for high-value items to prevent corner damage.

If international shipping is enabled, duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with carrier claims.
